The Five Dock centre at 181 First Avenue is the Australian headquarters of the Brahma Kumaris, a volunteer-run spiritual organisation. It runs Raja Yoga meditation courses, weekly classes, talks and workshops, some in languages other than English. Visitors can drop in to sit in the meditation room or browse the bookshop, and courses run without a set fee.
